WHAT IS THE LLF CARD?

The LLF Card is a digital membership card which you can subscribe to for a small monthly fee, and in return you'll get instant access to a range of benefits, as well as discounts and deals at a wide range of leading businesses and brands who have supplied exclusive offers for our members to enjoy.

WHY SHOULD I BECOME AN LLF MEMBER?

Being an LLF Member gives you exclusive savings across a constantly growing number of leading businesses in all the most popular sectors, including: Automotive Products & Services, Clothing & Accessories, Health Fitness & Grooming, Gifts & Gadgets, and Activities & Experiences. As a valued LLF Member, you also become part of the larger LLF Members Community with early access to LLF content, plus invites to members-only car meets & drive days, in addition to exclusive giveaways, monthly competitions, and much more.

HOW MUCH DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?

LLF Membership is available for just £2.99 per month and is offered as an ongoing monthly subscription which renews automatically to ensure you've always got access to your membership benefits, and can be cancelled by the member via the LLF Card app at any time. We also offer annual subscriptions which provide additional savings over our regular monthly subscription. 

WHAT OFFERS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE LLF CARD?

With LLF's roots being automotive, you can be sure to expect savings from all types of automotive companies, with exclusive discounts available on everything from car care products, performance modifications, engine tuning, wheel brands, tyres, vehicle wrapping, detailing, car audio, security, servicing & maintenance, MOTs, and more. But it doesn't stop there. As a lifestyle card, LLF members can also enjoy discounts on activities like paint-balling and other adrenaline-fuelled sports, savings on your favourite clothing brands, discounted  driving experiences, travel deals, and even special offers from gift companies & flower deliveries for your loved ones. Our goal is to make the LLF Card a valuable part of your everyday life, offering you savings on a daily basis.

HOW DO I GET MY DISCOUNTS?

Once you have subscribed, you'll have instant access to your digital card through your smartphone. You can also access your card at any time via any smart device or computer. All deals are listed in easy-to-navigate categories for members to view, and each deal can be redeemed either online using the exclusive discount code provided on the deal page, or if you are buying a service in-person simply show your valid digital card to the retailer you are visiting.

WHAT TYPE OF SAVINGS CAN I EXPECT FROM BEING A MEMBER?

We work hard to bring you the best exclusive deals from as many suppliers as possible. We organise the deals in order of best savings first, meaning you get to see the highest discounts at the top of each category. Examples of offers from our suppliers range from 2-for-1's, up to 50% off products and services, 25% off orders, free gift with purchases, and much more. You'll find a wide spread of discounts as all offers are unique to each supplier. We always encourage our suppliers to provide us with their best discount because our deals are exclusively for LLF Members and only available within the LLF Card app.

CAN I USE MY LLF CARD SEVEN DAYS A WEEK?

Most discounts and savings are available 7 days a week, however some exceptions may apply with individual businesses such as restaurants/take-away providers and other service-based companies. If restrictions do apply, details will be shown on the specific deal page to make you aware of any times and dates the card may not be valid for use.

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?

To become an LLF Card Member, follow the sign up link on the home-page or click here. Simply enter your details and make payment using your debit/credit card and you will then receive your welcome email and your membership will be activated instantly, allowing full access to all member benefits. Your monthly membership will then continue to run and the monthly subscription fee will be automatically taken each month until you choose to cancel your membership.

WHAT ABOUT EUROPEAN / INTERNATIONAL FANS?

Currently 90% of our audience is UK-based, which is why most businesses offering deals are also located in the UK. Many suppliers will ship internationally and anyone can take advantage of our Early Access & Exclusive Content no matter where you are in the world. If our channel gains a significant following in a particular country then we will certainly be expanding to serve our audience in that location. So if you want the LLF Card in your country, please spread the word! If you are a business located outside the UK, we would still like to work with you, so please get in touch to put forward your members offer.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

There is no cancellation policy with our Standard Subscription and you can cancel your membership with us without any notice. If you are a monthly subscriber and you cancel your membership during the month, you will still have access and full use of your digital card until the end of the current monthly billing period, access and use of the card will then terminate when the next payment would have normally been due. If you are an annual subscriber who cancels during their active yearly subscription, you will still have access and full use of the card until the expiry date shown on your card.

IS MY MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?

No, your LLF Card membership is strictly non-transferable. Each digital membership card displays your name and expiry date, so cannot be loaned or transferred to your friends or family. 

HOW DO I STAY UPDATED ABOUT NEW OFFERS BEING ADDED?

We send out a monthly newsletter to all our members with updates on new deals and special offers which have gone live from new suppliers who have recently joined the LLF Card. There will also often be updates via the regular Living Life Fast social media channels too, so you're sure never to miss out on new deals as the LLF Card continues to grow.

CAN I RECOMMEND A COMPANY TO BE FEATURED ON THE CARD?

Yes, the LLF Card is all about creating a community and tailoring the offers to the interests of our members. If you have a business or brand that you like or follow on social media and would love to see them featured with a special members-only discount on the LLF Card, please get in touch through our contact form and we'll reach out to them.

WHY DO SUPPLIERS PROVIDE LARGER DISCOUNTS TO LLF CARD MEMBERS?

The LLF Card is an exclusive members-only closed community where suppliers are able to offer their best discounts and deals without those offers being widely publicised to the general public. Due to our members paying a monthly subscription fee, suppliers see more value in our members over the regular public, and as such they are willing to provide larger members-only discounts to secure your business and have you as their customer.

THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY CARD / PAYMENT / DISCOUNT CODE

Please get in touch with us if you are experiencing any issue with your digital card app, or if you find a discount code that is not working. Please always check you are entering the code correctly (including case-sensitive letters) on the supplier's website before contacting us. If you are experiencing issues completing or making a payment on a supplier's website for an order, please make contact with them as we do not process any payments on behalf of our suppliers.
